ぶっちゃけPart 2のキャラって、バカか、お人好しか、強情か、あるいはその全部乗せかのどれかだったろ。だってさ──
ミリ・スゴは、デンジ本人もCSM本人も何度も否定してるのに、シガのデタラメを信じ続けたバカ。まあイケメンで超かわいいけどな。
ハルカは、家族が行方不明のままなのに、推しのアイドルCSMがセックスのために情けなく泣き喚いてる現場を自分の目で見たのに、それでもあのクソアイドルへの崇拝をやめられなかった。
シガは、脳内の終末を信じ込んで、結局自分で終末を引き起こした。
ファミは、これまた脳内の終末から「救済してやってるんだ」と思い込んで、罪のない人間を殺して回った。
それから吉田。自分でも疑問に感じながら、PS（公安）の命令にひたすら従い続けた。まあアサの旦那になる資格はあるけどな。
──だからポチタは正しかったんだよ。あの救いようのないアホ共を“直す”には、もうあの時点でリセットしかなかったってわけ

Tbf all characters of part2 were either dumb, gullible, stubborn or all of those combined. Like, Miri Sugo was a retard who kept believing Shigga’s bs about CSM even though Denji or CSM himself already many times debunked them. He’s still so hot and so cute though. Haruka after witnessing by his own eyes how his idol CSM was crying pathetically for sex while a family member of his was still missing, still couldn’t wake up and stop following that scum of an idol for once. Shigga kept believing in her imaginary Apocalypse and ended up pushing the apocalypse herself. Fami went around killing off innocent people believing she was giving them salvation from again, an imaginary Apocalypse. And there’s Yoshida who kept following whatever PS ordered even though he himself felt those decisions questionable. He still deserves to be Asa’s husband though. So, Pochita was right. Only a reset can ‘fix’ these unsalvageable dumbasses at that point.

なんで第1部ではデンジをあんなに愛情込めて丁寧に扱ってたのに、第2部ではひたすら晒し者にしたんだ？　第1部のデンジはただのカワイイおバカちゃんだったろ。藤本（SCUMMYモト）は、みんながデンジを好きだったからそんなに嫌いになったのか？　それとも第1部で大事に扱われてたのは、編集が漫画を引っ張ってたからなのか？

Why was Denji handled with such love and care in CHAD ONE but in SHART POO he was constantly humiliated? Denji was just a cute goofball in CHAD ONE. Did SCUMMYmoto really hate him that much because people liked him or was he treated with respect in CHAD ONE because an editor was carrying the manga?

藤本は“日本のGRRM”だよ。Part 2でやったことは全部、読者の期待を裏切るためのものさ。デンジがクールで楽しいキャラだと期待してた？　残念、ただの口呼吸の泣き虫でした。漫画を通してキャラとして成長・進歩すると期待してた？　残念、転落し続けた挙句スタート地点にリセット。史上最高の少年漫画の一つにふさわしい良い続編を期待してた？　残念、豚向けの残飯でした

Fujimoto is the Japanese GRRM and everything he did in part 2 was for the sake of subverting readers’ expectations. You expect Denji to be cool and fun? Nope, he’s a retarded mouthbreathing crybaby gooner. You expect him to grow and progress as a character over the course of the manga? Nope, continuous downward spiral then reset back to his starting point? You expect a good sequel to one of the greatest shonen manga of all time? Nope, you get slop for pigs.
