Stories I like are usually getting axed. The most long lived is Tonari no Seki no Yatsu ga Souiu Me de Mitekuru

axed=「斧で切られる」が原義。連載・アニメが打ち切られることを指すスラング。

この作品最高だった。ティザー系（からかい系）の良ツイスト。短命だったのが残念

This one was great. A nice twist on the teasing girl genre. Too bad it was short lived.

俺は人生半分前にLove Hina（ラブひな）から入って、同じ頃にMahoraba（まほらば）とKarin（かりん）も楽しんだ。最近だとOjojojo、麻生海男尻三部作、かぐや様、サオトメ戦士、隣のお姉さんが好き、で今一番気になってるマンガはBokuyaba（僕の心のヤバイやつ）

I’ve got my start reading Love Hina half a life time ago and really enjoyed Mahoraba and Karin around the same time too. Of note recently were Ojojojo, Makoto Ojiro’s ass trilogy, Kaguya-sama, Saotome Senshi, Tonari no Onee-san ga Suki and the manga I’m the most interested in right now is Bokuyaba.

I think the best one was chobits, most romance shows I watched almost always have an open end

「ちょびっツ」の主人公とパソコン型アンドロイド「ちぃ」の関係を「男と家電」と圧縮したレス。

職場の█████女子（『█████女子』って言葉自体が矛盾してるのは分かってる）に「アニメ入門したい」って言われたからKare Kano勧めたら、超ハマってくれた。最後の2話以外は完全勝利

I recommended Kare Kano to a normalfag girl (redundant, i know) from my job because she told me that she wanted to “get into anime” and she really loved it, complete hit except for the last 2 episodes

normalfag = ネット文化に馴染まない「一般人」を指す蔑称（差別語のため伏せ字）。Kare Kano最終2話は予算崩壊で紙芝居・実写になったことで海外でも有名。

Surprising. For stuff people have already mentioned, Kare Kano, Maison Ikkoku, Love Hina, Karin/Chibi Vampire and Chobits.

KOR = Kimagure Orange Road（きまぐれオレンジロード、1984年連載開始の名作ラブコメ）。

Kare Kanoの序盤はロマンスアニメの頂点だが、終盤がそれに見合ってない。総合的なベストロマンスアニメは『君に届け』

The beginning of Kare Kano may just be the peak of romance anime, but the ending doesn’t measure up. The best romance anime in general is Kimi ni Todoke.

『俺物語!!!』は推さないわけにいかない。Takeo（タケオ）は漢の中の漢で、will-they-won’t-they引っ張らずに即くっつくのが新鮮

I feel obliged to plug Ore Monogatari!!! Takeo’s a man’s man and it’s apways refreshing to see two characters just get together immediately instead of dealing with will-they-won’t-they.

will-they-won’t-they = 「結ばれるか結ばれないか」を引っ張るラブコメの定型を指す英語圏の専門用語。

ロマンスは俺の一番嫌いなアニメジャンルだが、『汗と石鹸』だけは例外。これと似た作品が他に無いのが残念

Romance is my least favorite anime genre but Ase to Sekken is the exception. It’s kind of unfortunate that there’s nothing else like this, as far as I know at least.
